NFPTSetting goals and making resolutions is not as simple as raising a glass on new years and declaring your intentions. It’s a skill that requires practice. Everybody can use a little help when it comes to envisioning their future. Set your own goals first and then help your clients identify their goals. Pick up some tips in this episode of NFPT Live.

I think you need to break it up. To get to a yearly goal you need to do something every day and reward yourself. It can be a pat on the back. But if you wait till the end to reward yourself you will never stick to it.

I think you need to have fun. If your goal makes your life horrible you will quit.

Setting realistic goals is something I have had to learn over the years, after failing many times.

I want my strong core back. I lost it 1f629😩

I like the comment of time not being so important so long as there is progress being made. If we get focused on timelines, we get discouraged.

My goal is Flexibility-physically and professionally.
