GI Bill Approved, Get Reimbursed

As a Marine veteran and retired Firefighter, NFPT’s founder maintains ties to the military and first responder communities. To honor Ron’s brothers and sisters in uniform, NFPT has special offerings for service members.  Active or veteran military members can apply for reimbursement to cover the personal trainer exam fee through the GI Bill, here’s how:

• Complete and mail VA Form 22-1990, or use the online version, to confirm your eligibility for education benefits through the GI Bill.
• Upon receipt of your personal trainer certification credential, submit VA Form 22-0803 directly to the Veterans Affairs Office for your region.

NOTE: Request reimbursement for the “NFPT Certified Personal Fitness Trainer CERTIFICATION Test.”  The following terms will not work: License, School, or College.  For more information on GI Bill reimbursement, visit the VA website. Enter L&C Name “NFPT” and choose “Certification” in the drop-down  “LAC Category Type.” Click the State IN on the map to complete the search.
