The Booty Bag course takes you into the world of low-flying aerial yoga fitness using a stretchy apparatus called the Booty Bag. Part 1 focuses on using the hammock only, popular with most users. Parts 2 and 3 will add loops, wrist wraps and fixed or anchored pull points. These loops create space between joints and provide a combination of strength, length, traction, compression and precision. Key focuses include caveats, progressive lower back relief, confidence and increased core strength before turning upside down.
